1.#OOTDFranchise Hari Kebangsaan Challenges (“Challenges”) is organized by Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) (“Organizer”).
2.The Challenges begins on 24th August 2020 and ends on 16th September 2020. (“Challenges Period”). Entries received outside of the Challenges Period will be disqualified.
3.The Organizer reserves the right to modify the challenges mechanisms, extend, suspend or terminate the Challenges at its discretion without prior notices to any person.
4.The Challenges is open to Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia ages 18 and above. In the event that a Participant is younger than 18 years of age as at the date of participation, the Participant is required to obtain written consent from his/her parent/guardian before joining this Challenges and upon request by the Organizer will be required to present the same. Secretariats and Main Committee Members together with the immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Challenges.
5.The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Challenges or if the Organizer is of the view that the Participant fails to meet any of the Organizer’s participation criteria.
6.All judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence, appeal or question will be entertained.
7.At the end of the Challenges Period, twenty-six (26) winners will be chosen 100% based on the creativity of their picture and captions. The twenty-six (26) Winners will be announced under the comment section of the challenges post before 30th September 2020.
8.Each selected Participant/Winner is entitled to win only one (1) Prize. All prizes are awarded “as is” and are strictly non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and may not be encashed.
9.All Winners must claim their prizes within seven (7) days after being notified by the Organizer. Should the Winner fail to claim their prize or nominate a representative within the time allocated, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or award the prize to other Participants/Winners.
10.The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of a prize and the Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to replace and the Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to replace and/or substitute such prize(s) with any other prize of similar value as determined by the Organizer.
11.The Organizer reserves the right to publish and use the names, photographs and images submitted by the Participant/Winner or of the Participant/Winners for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice or compensation to the Participant/Winners. Winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
