BACKGROUNDThe Malaysian Franchise Association was formed in 1994 to support the implementation of the Government program.
GOVERNMENT SUPPORTIn 2009, the Ministry’s roles and functions were expanded to cover the Franchise and Co-operative Sectors.
INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITIONThe only Association in Malaysia recognized by World Franchise Council (WFC) & Asian Pacific Franchise Confederation (APFC).

Implementation:
1.Video Conferencing and Teleconferencing equipment will be available at MFA’s office.
2.Reservation can be made via MFA, at least 2-3 days notification needed.
3.Video and tele conferencing room can hold up to 5 people
4.Software: Skype and Google Hangouts
