EFDP 2024 TRADE MISSIONS:

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The company must be an ordinary and a valid member of MFA.
2. The company should at least have five (5) franchisees in Malaysia.
3. The company had already expanded to at least one (1) country.
4. It is mandatory for the company to attend the International Market Update Session (IMUS).
5. The company had participated in the Franchise International Malaysia (FIM) at least once (1).
6. Only export-ready franchisors will be given priority to participate in every trade missions.
7. RM1,000 commitment fee will be charged for each country upon confirmation of participation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellation made by the company:
1. Please provide an official reason for the cancellation with a written email to MFA.
2. Two (2) consecutive cancellations will cause the company to be banned for the next trade
mission.

Cancellation made by the organizer:
1. The organizer shall provide reasons for the exhibition postponement or cancellation.
2. In event of postponement, another suitable date would be informed two (2) months earlier.

FORCE MAJEURE / EMERGENCY SITUATIONS:
In force majeure situations, extreme incidents that would have a profound effect or result in the
cancellation of the trade missions such as war, riot and pandemic strikes or anything beyond the
organizer’s capabilities, the organizer would not be held.
