{"id":8056,"date":"2020-02-17T10:49:27","date_gmt":"2020-02-17T02:49:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dclass.my\/masjid\/?p=8056"},"modified":"2020-02-17T10:49:27","modified_gmt":"2020-02-17T02:49:27","slug":"tealives-owner-loob-holding-aims-for-ipo-this-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mfa.org.my\/mfa2020\/2020\/02\/17\/tealives-owner-loob-holding-aims-for-ipo-this-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Tealive\u2019s owner Loob Holding aims for IPO this year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">10 Feb 2020,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">LOOB Holding Sdn Bhd has appointed corporate advisors for the IPO and listing of its multimillion bubble tea business on the local stock exchange this year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">The owner and operator of the popular and fastest-growing Tealive bubble tea franchise in the country could fetch as much as RM1 billion based on previous valuation, but the final value would be largely dependent on the market and investors\u2019 appetite for such listing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Loob founder and CEO Bryan Loo said the company is focused on its mission and target of achieving its business strategy to be strong financially.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cThere will never be the right\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">timing in business, including when to list. Our ultimate long-term mission is to build Malaysian\u2019s very own global lifestyle tea brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe would go ahead with our listing whenever we are ready. We can\u2019t say much for now, but it will definitely be this year.
