Requirement to hire endorsed lawyer and IP consultant
- To reimburse the cost of IP and FA for 2013, 2014 and 2015, FRANEX will accept Franchise Agreement and IP registration made by non-FRANEX endorsed lawyer.
- However from 2016, FA and IP registration are required to hire FRANEX endorsed lawyer and IP Consultant
