Franchise Export Council (FRANEX)

FRANEX is a committee set up under the Enhanced Franchise Development Program (EFDP). FRANEX is co-chaired by MFA and the Director of Franchise Development Division, KPDNKK.

 

 

Roles of FRANEX

1. To meet every 3 months
2. To monitor the implementation of FRANEX activities
3. To monitor program performance
4. To approve reimbursement applications for  Intellectual Property Reimbursement (IPR) and Franchise Agreement Reimbursement (FAR)
5. To plan and develop future directions of Enhanced Franchise Development Program (EFDP)
6. To prepare quarterly progress report to EPU and MoF
