BACKGROUNDThe Malaysian Franchise Association was formed in 1994 to support the implementation of the Government program.
GOVERNMENT SUPPORTIn 2009, the Ministry’s roles and functions were expanded to cover the Franchise and Co-operative Sectors.
INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITIONThe only Association in Malaysia recognized by World Franchise Council (WFC) & Asian Pacific Franchise Confederation (APFC).

To assist franchisor and master franchisee to follow-up on serious lead by providing a meeting venue at selected international country.
Implementation:
1.Franchisor and Master Franchisee may request from MFA to prepare a meeting room with serious prospect at selected foreign country.
2.MFA will collaborate with MATRADE and MIDA to assist franchisor and master franchisee
