The Adoption of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Blueprint in 2007 was intended to enhance intra-regional trade among among ASEAN member countries. Under AEC, economic integration is to be achieved through the creation of a single market and production base, a competetive economic region, equitable economic development and ultimately integration into the global economy.

The ASEAN Pathfinder Initiative aims to resolve all the Non-Tariff Barriers (NTB) and operational issues and it is designed to facilitate the removal of trade and investment roadblocks faced by companies within ASEAN. This would help companies expand within the ASEAN region in a fast and sustainable manner

As part of our continues effort in serving our members, Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) have organize a ‘Teh Tarik Session’ with a topic; ASEAN Pathfinder Project. This session was well attended by members of MFA who has and will expand internationally. Hosted by Sakura Kristal , Quill City Mall, the topic was presented by Mr. Fabian Bigar, Director of PEMANDU.
