TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Jawab & Menang Emas (“Contest”) is organized by Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) in collaboration with Permodalan Kelantan Berhad (PKB) (“Organizer”).
- The Contest begins on 9th October 2021 and ends on 16th October 2021. (“Contest Period”). Entries received outside of the Contest Period will be disqualified.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the challenges mechanisms, extend, suspend, or terminate the contest at its discretion without prior notices to any person.
- The contest is open to Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia ages 18 and above. In the event that a Participant is younger than 18 years of age as at the date of participation, the Participant is required to obtain written consent from his/her parent/guardian before joining this contest and upon request by the Organizer will be required to present the same.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this contest.
- All judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence, appeal or question will be entertained
- At the end of the Contest Period, one (1) winner of Grand Prize will be chosen based on the accumulated participation from 9th – 16th October 2021. Complete the daily quiz and stand a chance to win the grand prize!
- The daily winner will be announced on MFA’s official social media after 6.00 PM
- All Winners must claim their prizes within thirty (30) days after being notified by the Organizer. Should the Winner fail to claim their prize or nominate a representative within the time allocated, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or award the prize to other Participants/Winners.
