Herewith attached the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during MCO 2.0 for your reference and perusal. Five essential economic sectors encompassing 37 related activities in six states are allowed to operate during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period. The proposed sectors cover the manufacturing sector under the oversight of the ministry; construction; services; trade and distribution; and, plantations and commodities under the jurisdiction of other ministries and agencies. The second phase of the movement control order (MCO) is a critical period for Malaysians to determine whether efforts to break the Covid-19 chain of infection are successful or not.
