The company plans to open a total of 10 F Cafés in Malaysian by 2023.
The inaugural F Café’ will be opened in 2021 in The Sail, STI’s flagship RM6.5 billion gross development value (GDV) integrated development in Melaka.
“Opportunities abound in spite of the global health crisis. Malaysia’s economic resilience, as well as a business-friendly environment, offer attractive prospects to clever entrepreneurs seeking to capitalise on recovery and sharp growth trajectories,” STI founder and chief executive officer Datuk Leong Sir Ley said in a statement today.
“F Café is already an established brand known for the trendiest ambience, hottest food and ‘happening’ events. The franchise model is designed to operate optimally as a well-oiled system with each value chain designed to ensure consistent product quality, service excellence and supportive business operations,” she said.
Leong said F Café can be found all over the world, including Tokyo, Vienna, Prague, Tel Aviv, Dubai, Cairo, Bangkok and very soon, Melaka.
Since it opened in 1994, the franchise caters to over 200,000 customers worldwide every month.
“This is a franchise that is perfect for entrepreneurs who appreciate both haute couture and haute cuisine.
“Franchise opportunities are easily customisable to meet the location’s market dynamics,” Leong said.
In an effort to support the local business community during this unprecedented time, STI has set up RM10 million fund to assist Malaysia’s franchise industry.
The fund is accessible to the entire franchise community who are members of the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA).
These include franchisors, would-be franchisors, master franchisees, would-be master franchisees as well as suppliers and vendors of franchises.
Aspiring entrepreneurs can take this opportunity to open their own F café in Malaysia.
