As a part of our continuous effort in serving our members, Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) for the first time launched Consult Session Day this year. We are pleased to inform that Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) will be organizing Franchise Clinic and Coffee Talk: A Discussion on Legal Issues Franchisor – Franchisee in Consult Session Day. For your information, previously we have organized Coffee Talk that were held in various members’ outlet. MFA bringing back the Coffee Talk with a new franchise issues. We tremendously excited to invite our members to join this program.
The main objective of this program is to provide counseling and conduct arbitration (mediation) in any conflict among members and share more information on legal issues such as restrict of trade, territorial right and similar business in franchising. Besides, the session is design to network and strengthen relationship with members. At the same time, we would like to provide awareness between franchise players.
Hence, we would like to invite your esteemed organization to join us & participate in this fruitful & meaningful discussion as detailed below:

Fee : Free Admission for MFA Member, RM 50 for non-member
