National Franchise Expo (NFX 2024)

REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

1. Exhibitors are required to complete and submit the attached Expo Space Order Form to the organizer.
2. Participation in the National Franchise Expo (NFX 2024) will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and proof of deposit.
3. The organizer reserves the right to modify booth locations as necessary due to business requirements.
4. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from selling, leasing, or transferring their display, in whole or in part, to third parties. Such actions will result in immediate disqualification from the expo.
5. The organizer reserves the right to cancel participation under the following circumstances:
– The exhibitor’s products or services are deemed unsuitable for display.
– The products or services do not comply with safety regulations.
– The exhibitor lacks the necessary licenses or holds unapproved licenses.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Exhibitors

– Exhibitors must provide an official reason for their cancellation.
– Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within one month of the expo date.

 

2. Cancellation by the Organizer

– The organizer will provide official reasons for any postponement or cancellation of the event.
– In the case of postponement, no refunds will be provided; however, a new date will be announced.
– In the case of cancellation, the organizer will issue a refund, minus administrative costs.

 

3. Force Majeure / Emergency Situations

• In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, severe flooding, strikes, riots, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer will not be held liable for the cancellation of the expo.

NOTES : MFA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice in response to business exigencies.
