Kota Baru: The Manhattan Fish Market restaurant chain plans to open 50 more outlets within the next five years in the country to bring the total to 75, said chief executive officer Davy Wee.
He said plans were afoot to open a new outlet in Medan, Indonesia this month.
“The Manhattan Fish Market is a homegrown restaurant chain and did not originate from the US, rather it was inspired by Manhattan, New York,” he told reporters at the launch of a Manhattan Fish Market outlet at KB Mall here, Wednesday.
Wee said patrons could choose to have their seafood flamed, poached, grilled, baked or fried.
“This is our first outlet in the East Coast and it features the same menu as others outlet.
We feel that patrons here will likely try something,” he added. – Bernama
